About the Role

We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity to join our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy team as a Customer Service Representative. In this critical role, you will provide telephone support to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug therapy, ensuring they receive the care and assistance they need. Your responsibilities will include the overall coordination and processing of new patient medication orders and reorders, verifying and revitalizing benefits, translating and entering prescriptions into our pharmacy information system, communicating with patients about copay amounts, obtaining authorizations, and collaborating with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve any issues that may arise.
