Our mission is to create accessible credit for millions, and we're dedicated to achieving this goal through our world-class technology and services. **The Role** As a Customer Service Representative for our small business lending brands, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our customers. You'll become an expert in both of our small business lending brands, each with its own unique offerings and customer requirements, through our comprehensive 4-week training program. After completing training, you'll be responsible for: * Responding to incoming customer calls, addressing their questions, and providing superior service * Managing and responding to all customer inquiries, fulfilling requests, and offering comprehensive education on our products and services * Delivering high-quality support by handling tasks related to payment processing, creating payment plans, and addressing other account-related matters to enhance the overall customer experience * Upholding exceptional customer service standards through articulate and effective verbal and written communication * Keeping customer accounts meticulously updated with accurate information **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Experience in a call center setting, preferably in a customer service or sales role * Proficient phone communication and verbal skills, with a keen ability to actively listen and build rapport with customers * Familiarity with CRM systems and their practices * A customer-centric approach with adaptability to various personality types * Strong multitasking abilities, adept at setting priorities and managing time effectively **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Experience working with small business lending brands or similar industries * Knowledge of financial services, including credit and lending products * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly **Compensation and Benefits** arenaflex offers a competitive hourly rate of $17.50, with additional compensation opportunities through bonuses.
