Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 18+ years old
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
- Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting, with the ability to navigate multiple applications with ease
- Quiet, secured workspace with high-speed internet (at least 10 MBPS download speed; no satellite) and a USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
