**The Opportunity**
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role offers a unique chance to work remotely and collaborate with a team of professionals in the health and wellness industry. **Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
* Resolving customer issues related to orders, products, payments, and shipping using Shopify and Gorgias.
* Processing returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.
* Assisting customers with product recommendations and providing detailed information about our electrolyte products.
* Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Collaborating with other departments, such as fulfillment and marketing, to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality.
* Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team members.
* Continuously updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and training.
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar customer-facing role in an e-commerce environment.
* Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, and/or similar customer service tools.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* Empathetic, patient, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, having knowledge or interest in the electrolyte/hydration/health and wellness industry is a plus. If you're passionate about this field and have relevant experience, we'd love to hear about it!
