As a customer service representative with careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

**Schedule Flexibility**

You'll have the opportunity to create a work schedule that suits your needs, with flexible work hours available during weekdays and daytime. Our contractors typically work a minimum of 20 hours per week, but you can choose to work more or less depending on your availability.
**Earnings and Revenue**
As an independent contractor with careerzynith, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $19 per hour, with pay determined by your phone call status when assisting customers. You'll also have access to additional incentives based on client and performance metrics.

**Contractual Relationship**
As an independent contractor with careerzynith, you'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. You'll be responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and expenses. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against careerzynith for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
