**Job Summary**
As an experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our In-Home Usage Testing projects. You'll work closely with our team to provide top-notch customer service, manage product testing projects, and maintain open communication with clients and participants. **Key Responsibilities**
* Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
* Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
* Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
* Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use arenaflex's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
* Participate in private chat rooms opened by market research firms to discuss products being tested
* Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
* Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional customer service
**Essential Qualifications**
* Ability to follow specific instructions and maintain attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and a curious spirit
* Ability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
* Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
* Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
* Honesty and reliability are essential for this role
* Good communication skills are an asset
* 18 years or older
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field
* Familiarity with product testing or market research
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
