**Role Highlights**

**About the Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, answering their questions and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be working with a variety of customers, each with their own unique needs and concerns, and you will need to be able to empathize with their situations and provide solutions that meet their needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner
* Provide top-notch support to customers, resolving their issues and answering their questions
* Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
* Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to provide comprehensive support
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote work environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or remote work environment
* Knowledge of tax software or accounting principles (not required, but a plus)
* Experience with CRM software or other customer service tools
* Certification in customer service or a related field (not required, but a plus)
