Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional service and support, and we are committed to helping our customers achieve their goals. **Role Highlights** * Get paid $18.50 per hour, with opportunities to earn additional bonuses and incentives * Work from home with flexible hours, setting your own schedule between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST Monday to Sunday * Fast 20-hour certification program to help you get up to speed quickly * No tax experience required – we provide comprehensive training and support * Earn a $310 bonus for participating in our certification program * Enjoy a $5.00 per hour Turbo Bonus Boost from April 9th through 15th, with unlimited hours available (must work a minimum of 8 hours each day on April 13th, 14th, and 15th to qualify) **About the Role** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, answering their questions and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
