**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy a fast-paced, dynamic work environment where no two days are ever the same. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Greeting customers, running the register, and providing exceptional customer care
* Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program to drive sales and customer satisfaction
* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
* Interacting with customers daily, providing friendly conversation and resolving any issues that may arise
* Working collaboratively with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
* Selling products to customers, providing excellent customer care, and communicating effectively with colleagues and management
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative, you'll need:
* Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of driving sales and customer satisfaction
* High school diploma or equivalent

**Physical Requirements**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to:
* Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
* Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
* Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
* Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
* Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional ladder climbing
