We are seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our evening and weekend shifts. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat

* Type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
* Excellent customer service skills

* Availability for both weekend days (Saturday and/or Sunday)
* Experience in a customer service role
* Familiarity with inbound call center software and systems
