**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and working towards a solution to their concerns
* Making outbound calls to customers to resolve issues, collect payments, and offer options for payment arrangements
* Managing and reviewing customer accounts to identify adjustments, discrepancies, and creating requests for resolution
* Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding their accounts and services
* Utilizing various collection strategies to collect on past due bills
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
* Strong listening skills and the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
* Basic computer skills, including restarting a computer, using an internet browser, Microsoft Office, and typing
