As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of a team that's dedicated to providing outstanding support to our customers, ensuring that every interaction leaves them feeling valued, understood, and empowered. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Supporting customers via email, chat, and phone, providing technical assistance and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner. * Guiding customers through questions about arenaflex's products, systems, and processes, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of our offerings. * Troubleshooting issues related to the website, app, and in-car software, using your technical expertise to resolve complex problems. * Collaborating with external teams to resolve customer issues that require additional assistance, acting as a bridge between the customer and our teams. * Ensuring every customer interaction leaves them feeling valued and understood, using empathy and clear communication to resolve conflicts and address concerns. * Maintaining strict adherence to the assigned schedule and managing high-volume inbound calls with ease. * Providing clear and empathetic communication to customers, especially in conflict situations, using active listening skills to understand their needs. * Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services, using this knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * At least 18 years of age * A High School Diploma or equivalent * The ability to successfully pass a criminal background check * The ability to work a full-time work week of 32-40 hours, with overtime opportunities as needed * The ability to maintain 100% strict adherence to the assigned schedule * Strong computer knowledge, including the ability to accurately type at least 30 wpm * Excellent English written and verbal communication skills * A high level of expertise with spelling, grammar, and punctuation * A courteous and friendly demeanor, with a high level of professionalism * A willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies * Strong time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple applications while talking to customers on the phone * 1-3 years of customer support and technical support call center experience **Nice-to-haves** While not required, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable: * Previous work-from-home experience * Prior experience with email and chat support * Prior experience using customer support/relationship management software or similar systems * Prior experience with automotive customer support/service/success * A passion for automotive topics and electric vehicles **Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * $17.00 USD starting pay * Performance-based incentives each month * Health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision for you and your family * 401(k) investment options with employer match opportunities * Paid vacation time * Computer equipment provided * Onsite full gym, free to employees * A great work/life balance while developing your career **Why join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
