As a 100% remote company, we offer the flexibility and autonomy that our employees need to thrive. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * **Retrieving Medical Records**: You will place outbound telephone calls and/or other means of contact with provider offices to obtain missing medical documentation. This will involve communicating with team members and external providers to ensure adherence to challenging project timelines. * **Effective Communication**: You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, and you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed. * **Additional Tasks**: You may be required to complete additional tasks to support the division, such as data entry, reporting, or other administrative duties. **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * **Education**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. * **Experience**: 1+ years of call center experience within the healthcare/medical field is desired.
