As a customer-centric organization, we prioritize building strong relationships with our customers and strive to deliver exceptional experiences across all touchpoints. **Role Description** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction across various DTC brands. This is a full-time on-site role located in our Mumbai office.
