**Essential Job Functions**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* **Delivering Exceptional Customer Service**: Provide top-notch assistance to customers via phone and in-person, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
* **Managing Customer Accounts**: Receive and record payments, market to current and former customers, and maintain accurate records.
* **Maintaining Office Operations**: Secure cash drawers, balance and prepare deposits, and perform administrative tasks such as checking branch mail, filing, and office supplies.
* **Investigating Credit and Processing Loan Applications**: Conduct thorough investigations and process loan applications in a timely and efficient manner.
* **Performing Other Duties**: Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
**Required Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* **Effective Communication and Time Management Skills**: Proven ability to communicate effectively and manage your time efficiently.
* **Reliable Personal Transportation**: Possess a reliable vehicle with insurance for travel to and from work.
* **Physical Abilities**: Ability to stand and sit for long periods, lift and maneuver up to 20 pounds.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* **Customer Service Experience**: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
