About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our passengers receive exceptional service from start to finish. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, booking, ticketing, and problem resolution, contributing to a smooth and positive travel experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet passengers and assist them with check-in procedures, including handling luggage, boarding passes, and seating arrangements.
- Provide information regarding flight schedules, gate assignments, baggage policies, and general travel-related inquiries.
- Assist passengers with changes to their reservations, flight cancellations, and rebooking.
- Resolve customer complaints, address issues related to travel delays or cancellations, and offer suitable solutions or alternatives.
- Manage and process ticket sales, refunds, and exchanges as per company policies.
- Provide support for special requests, such as assistance with disabilities or handling unaccompanied minors.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the system.
- Ensure compliance with arenaflex policies and safety protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree or higher preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.

Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required.
