**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Delivering exceptional customer service to distributors, including assistance with parts selection, order processing, pricing, product availability, and order expediting.
* Resolving customer inquiries, disputes, and providing limited technical support as needed, maintaining a positive relationship with all clients.
* Proactively following up with distributors and sales managers to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
* Managing inbound calls and communication from distributors, ensuring a smooth and efficient interaction process.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with distribution teams, including Service Managers and Parts Counter staff, through regular communication via phone and case management.
* Collaborating across internal departments to address and resolve customer needs and optimize business processes.
* Actively contributing to departmental initiatives aimed at achieving excellence in customer service and business operations.
* Utilizing CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and phone systems to track, manage, and document account interactions effectively.
* Managing an average of 50 customer interactions per day, while maintaining a professional, positive, and responsive approach.
* Leveraging your knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and other relevant systems (such as PIC and Windchill) to resolve customer inquiries and support business activities.
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 2-3 years of call center experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in CRM tools, such as Salesforce, and phone systems
* Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and other relevant systems (such as PIC and Windchill)
* Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal departments
