You'll be responsible for preventing issues, solving queries, and delighting our customers with exceptional support experiences. Our Customer Service Associates use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Answer customer requests through phone, chat, and/or email, providing exceptional support experiences * Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions to customer queries * Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise information * Prevent issues and solve queries, escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary * Provide website guidance and support to customers * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience **What We're Looking For:** * **Hard-working, articulate, and detail-oriented**: You're a self-starter who is passionate about delivering exceptional results.
