**About the Role**
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. You'll be responsible for preventing issues, solving queries, and delighting our customers with exceptional support experiences. Our Customer Service Associates use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Answer customer requests through phone, chat, and/or email, providing exceptional support experiences
* Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions to customer queries
* Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise information
* Prevent issues and solve queries, escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary
* Provide website guidance and support to customers
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications)
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Experience with customer service software and tools
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative)
