You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. This includes everything from order and product questions to payment matters and website guidance. You'll use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Answer customer inquiries through phone, chat, and/or email * Provide exceptional support experiences to customers, resolving issues and delighting them with every interaction * Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions * Communicate effectively with customers, using clear and concise language * Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex issues * Continuously learn and improve processes to deliver exceptional support experiences **What strengths will you bring?** * **Hard-working, articulate, and detail-oriented**: You're a self-motivated individual who is committed to delivering exceptional results.
