customer funds and processing transactions using our point-of-sale (POS) system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Remaining constantly aware of customer activity to operation, including assisting with visual merchandising, inventory management, and store maintenance. **Position Requirements** To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned. * Previous experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments is preferred, but not required. * The ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs (and occasionally, up to 55lbs) from floor level to above shoulder height, with the physical stamina to meet the demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting. * A flexible, full-time schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. * Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. * Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately handle customer funds and process transactions using our POS system. * A positive attitude,
