**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
* Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
* Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
* Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, consistently delivering high-quality support
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
* Upsell products and services as needed to enhance customer experiences and drive revenue growth
* Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and ensure timely resolution
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
**Requirements**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone, email, chat, and other communication platforms
* Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality support
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
* Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner
