We're committed to fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our team. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, generating sales leads, identifying and assessing customers' needs, and providing prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries. You'll also be responsible for communicating with customers through various channels, acknowledging and resolving customer issues, and processing orders, forms, and requests.
