**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and answer questions
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
* Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and providing accurate information to customers
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in a call center or customer-facing role
* Knowledge of customer service software and technology
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
