**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be the face of our company, providing world-class service to our customers through phone, email, and chat interactions. You will be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers to resolve issues, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

* Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently

**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
