**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch service to our customers over the phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, helping customers navigate our website and online ordering, and becoming a product and solutions expert. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
* Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
