**Job Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

**Qualifications**

* A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
* Proven experience in customer service, call center, or retail (minimum of 1 year).
