As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our card members, resolving customer queries, and providing solutions that meet their needs. If you're a customer-focused individual with strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide superior customer experience on calls to consumer card members, resolving their queries and following established procedures as appropriate. * Offer options and follow superior service no call handling skills to ensure the best possible solutions and first call resolution (FCR) to card members. * Be aware of the mood, profile, and needs of the customer and leverage this information to provide the best possible benefits and products to the customer while being compliant with laid guidelines. * Deliver to the customer, employees, and shareholder metrics as per goals, highlighting issues through feedback and recommending changes in workflows, procedures, and service levels based on customer demands to meet their needs and ensure quality service at all times. * Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines, taking quick decisions and responding to customer inquiries. * Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills, with excellent verbal communication. * Show a customer-focused approach, with the ability to solve customer issues and effectively address service situations. * Demonstrate dependability, self-motivating skills, and change management ability, with the ability to work successfully in a team environment and independently. * Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong interest in detail, and a workable understanding of MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). **Work Environment and Schedule:** * 24/7 & rotational shifts, including night shifts * Hybrid work environment, with the flexibility to work from home and in our office **Required Qualifications:** * Previous customer service experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences * Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills * Excellent verbal communication * Customer-focused approach, with the ability to solve customer issues and effectively address service situations * Demonstrated dependability, self-motivating skills, and change management ability * Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong interest in detail * Workable understanding of MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Experience working in a team environment, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions * Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously **Compensation and Benefits:** * Competitive hourly rate of $18 - $20 per hour, plus bonus * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan, with company match * Paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and holidays * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to the team **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace that's inclusive, diverse, and supportive of our employees' unique needs and strengths.
