**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a wide range of inbound and outbound calls, including new sales and service-related calls. Your primary goal will be to ensure the highest level of customer service, quality, efficiency, and accuracy in all aspects of your work.
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling incoming calls and utilizing a proactive sales approach with every customer interaction to uncover additional sales and service opportunities
* Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of products and services, customer account and billing processes, new customer information, and various policies and procedures related to product delivery and service
* Presenting a professional, confident, and enthusiastic image to develop trusting relationships with all customers
* Providing high levels of customer account management by properly setting up and maintaining account information and data
* Processing and coordinating Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions and activities
* Handling administrative, data entry, reporting, and reconciliation around asset and inventory controls and purchasing
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, data entry, and the ability to run and analyze reports
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a team environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Bilingual is preferred but not required
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Experience with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
* Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
