**Job Summary**
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. You'll be the go-to person for answering customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner
* Provide exceptional support to customers by being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly solve customer problems
* Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
* Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals by providing exceptional customer experiences
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes accurately and efficiently
* Upsell products and services as needed to meet customer needs and exceed expectations
* Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide a positive customer experience
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide a seamless customer experience
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers over the phone and other communication platforms
* Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet customer needs and exceed expectations
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and achieve goals
* Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
* Must reside in California
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
* Knowledge of industry-specific products and services
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
* Experience with sales and upselling products and services
