**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service, greeting customers with a smile, and assisting them with selection of merchandise
* Maintaining a clean, well-stocked store environment, ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience
* Assisting with the unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting it from the stockroom to the sales floor
* Independently stocking shelves and recovering merchandise in the store
* Accurately handling customer funds and processing transactions using the POS system
* Remaining constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment
* Performing all other duties as assigned to maintain an effective and profitable store operation
**Position Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned
* Previous experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments is preferred
* Physical ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs (and occasionally, up to 55lbs) from floor level to above shoulder height, with the ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Availability to work a flexible, full-time schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
