**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and in-person interactions. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with accurate information, resolving issues, and exceeding their expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Demonstrating a friendly, positive attitude and great customer service skills
* Taking orders over the phone and in person
* Dealing with customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Cash handling and processing transactions accurately
* Upselling and promoting arenaflex products and services
* Preparing and serving high-quality products, including pizzas, salads, and sides
* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
* Operating all equipment, including cash registers, phones, and point-of-sale systems
* Receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and completing associated paperwork
* Cleaning equipment and facilities daily, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization
**What We're Looking For**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
* Ability to work in a team environment, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
* Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
