If you're a team player who's passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Provides customer engagement in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported. * Assists in maintaining a clean, well-stocked store for customers during their shopping experience, creating a welcoming and convenient environment. * Helps in the unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks, organizes merchandise, and transports merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor, ensuring efficient inventory management. * Independently stocks shelves and recovers merchandise in the store, maintaining a high level of organization and presentation. * Accurately handles customer funds and processes transactions using the POS system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. * Remains constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, prioritizing customer safety and well-being. * Performs all other duties as assigned in order to maintain an effective and profitable store operation, embracing a culture of continuous improvement. **Position Requirements** * Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and teamwork. * Experience: Prefer experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments, showcasing adaptability and a customer-centric approach. * Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs.
