Key Responsibilities

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple tasks and priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with some college or university education an asset.
Preferred Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service team and the market.
- Ability to work in metric engines, with multiple tasks and addresses on the website.
