Key Responsibilities

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and communication.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service team or market.
- Ability to work in a metric-driven environment with multiple tasks and priorities.
- Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
