**Key Responsibilities:**
• Maintain a broad knowledge of clients, products, and services offered by arenaflex.
• Document customer interactions and transactions to ensure seamless communication and record-keeping.
• Accurately process phoned, faxed, and emailed quotes and orders in accordance with cut-off times and other time constraints.
• Data entry of faxed, emailed, and phoned-in orders for production, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Answer the phone in 3 rings or less and direct callers to the appropriate departments.
• Aid co-workers as needed to ensure a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Communicate with customers to determine expected delivery dates and times, ensuring timely and effective communication.
**What We're Looking For:**
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have 1-2 years of prior customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Must have computer experience and accuracy in numeric input, with a strong understanding of data entry and record-keeping.
• Must have strong organizational and listening skills, with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and support.
