Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional service and solutions to guests through inbound calls, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilizing leading technologies and systems to streamline processes and improve guest experiences.
- Working collaboratively with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Managing and overcoming objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn.
- Staying up-to-date on careerzynith products and services to provide accurate and informed support to guests.
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
