**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment. You'll communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly

* This position is on-site, and we're looking for people who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Hours: Training Shift is Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM; after training, your shift will be Monday - Friday, various shifts available
