**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving client inquiries, and driving retention goals. You'll work closely with our Client Services Team, leveraging your expertise to provide timely, professional, and thorough solutions to client concerns. Your strong communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will be essential in building trust and rapport with clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention through prompt, professional, and thorough resolution of client inquiries and concerns.
* Build rapport and trust with clients through open and transparent communication via phone and email.
* Utilize our CRM to manage client accounts, document client discussions, and track progress.
* Assist with reviewing enrollment information to ensure client success in completing the program and other key retention activities.
* Take and manage escalation calls with courtesy and professionalism.
* Collaborate with supporting departments to ensure client success in the program.
* Stay up-to-date on program details, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to clients.
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of call center experience preferred but not required.
* Fluency in Spanish a plus.
* 1 year of customer service experience required; call center experience preferred.
* Reliable internet speeds required.
* Positive attitude, team player, and empathy to hardship.
* Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
* Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
* Experience working in an administrative or customer service capacity.
* Financial services experience, particularly in banking, personal loans, and credit cards, a plus.
* Previous debt settlement experience is highly valued.

* Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
