**Work Liabilities:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Data Entry Remote Jobs (Wfh), you will be responsible for the following tasks:
* Utilizing arenaflex's solution information entry techniques and rules processes new patient enrollment by entering information into the proper system.
* Handles patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enters refill orders for processing.
* Investigates to acquire missing medication data, and deciphers clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
* Settles all data entry related to special cases.
* Handles correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and settles outbound calls to prescribers and patients depending on the situation.
* Settles Outsider Exceptions by inspecting, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for processing as per individual plan requirements.
* Settles on phone calls to guarantors and others to gather data, obtain abrogate endorsement, or otherwise settle the Outsider Exceptions.
* Provides support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas.
* Identifies and communicates issues to senior-level staff as necessary.
**Essential Capabilities:**
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Basic level computer skills (e.g., start and shut down computer, use mouse to point and click, start and shut down programs, switch between programs, save files, print reports, and access data online).
* Basic web search skills to include opening a browser, typing URLs in the address bar, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online.
* Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files).
* Ability to communicate in writing and verbally.
* 18 years old or older.
**Preferred Capabilities:**
* At least one year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment.
* At least one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy professional with a license/enrollment by the state as granted by the state Board of Pharmacy or widely recognized certification organization.
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
* Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing documents).
* Familiarity with Spanish and English.
