**Key Responsibilities**
As a Chat Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
* Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
* Building relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
* Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and professionally
* Promoting interest in client products and services
* Consistently achieving established standards of the position
* Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
* Providing administrative support to the customer service team
* Assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a chat, email, or phone support environment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
