**Join Our Team**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our chat support team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment, answering incoming chats and emails, and delivering solutions that create a positive experience for our customers.
**The Details**
* **Start Date:** February 19, 2024
* **Training:** Three weeks of virtual training, Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 5 PM MST. The fourth week will be your regular schedule.
* **Full Time or Part Time positions:** We offer both full-time and part-time positions to accommodate your needs.
* **Starting base pay:** $15.00 per hour
* **Shift:** Between 11 AM and 11 PM MST, with a required Saturday or Sunday shift each week
**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering 2-3 incoming chats using the LiveEngage (LivePerson) platform
* Replying to incoming emails from customers
* Requesting contact prescriptions via phone from eye care providers as needed
* Consulting customers on the best value for their contact lens purchase (this role requires sales skills)
* Providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment
* Delivering solutions that create a positive experience for our customers
* Maintaining high performance metrics, including quality, sales, and dependability
* Problem-solving and thinking on your feet to keep the customer and company in mind
