**What We're Looking For**
We're seeking a Customer Service Representative who is:
* A team player with excellent communication skills
* Detail-oriented and quick to adapt
* Able to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
* Comfortable using a headset and sitting for long periods
* Able to pass a Level II background check
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Answering inbound calls, emails, and text messages from clients and their families
* Scheduling, confirming, and updating transportation appointments
* Collecting and entering accurate data into our systems
* Handling complaints professionally and resolving issues in a timely manner
* Making outbound calls for appointment coordination
* Following all department procedures and quality standards
* Staying up to date on policies and protocols
* Supporting team efforts to ensure exceptional client experiences
**What You Need**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Fast, accurate typing (40+ WPM)
* Excellent communication skills
* Eligibility to work in the U.S.
* Comfortable using a headset and sitting for long periods
* Ability to pass a Level II background check
