**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Call Center team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle all customer contacts (phone) accurately and professionally, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Research required information using available resources and knowledge to provide a first contact resolution
* Accurately and thoroughly record call log notations in the system of record to ensure seamless communication and issue tracking
* Defuse and deescalate irate customers to ensure a great customer experience and maintain a positive reputation for arenaflex
* Verify and update customer information to ensure accuracy and consistency
* Identify and escalate priority issues to ensure timely resolution and minimize impact on our clients
* Perform data entry into SharePoint and PHA business system to maintain accurate records and ensure seamless communication
* Provide excellent customer service to participants, landlords, co-workers, clients, and vendors, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
* Ensure regular attendance and punctuality, adhering to our company's attendance and punctuality policies
* Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and achieve our goals
**Education and Experience Required**
* High School Diploma; Education equivalent to a two-year degree from a regionally accredited institution in Public Administration, Social Science, or a closely related field is preferred
* Alternatively, a minimum of two years of progressively responsible work experience in a public agency, social service, or community service is required
* Experience in a call center environment, data entry, and customer service is preferred
