**Job Responsibilities**
As a Cabin Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the aircraft cabin, adhering to our high standards of quality and safety
* Operating ground equipment, such as freight vans, trucks, and high-lift trucks, safely and efficiently
* Conducting security assessments and adhering to current health and safety protocols and regulatory requirements
* Utilizing electronic devices and computers to track and verify the cleaning and organization of the aircraft cabin
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve our goals and objectives
* Working flexible shifts, including early mornings and evenings, to accommodate our flight schedules
* Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring that our passengers have a positive experience

**What You Need to Succeed**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
* Be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
* A valid driver's license
* Basic education and training in customer service or a related field
* Ability to frequently lift tools, supplies, or objects weighing up to 50 pounds
* Pass an actual ability test (PAT) – you can prepare for the PAT by watching this video
* Wear required organization-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including hearing protection, safety toe footwear, defensive headwear, and high-visibility safety clothing, subject to a supported convenience, like substitute PPE
