**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels
* Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members
* Managing accounts receivable duties, including calling on outstanding accounts, processing credits and exchanges, and resolving account conflicts
* Collaborating with the Sales Department to provide administrative support and drive business growth
* Performing basic data entry and other administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations
* Maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation to meet regulatory requirements
**Qualifications**
We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with:
* 2 years of Customer Service experience in an administrative setting (prior Accounts Receivable experience is highly encouraged)
* High School diploma or GED equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with professional telephone and email etiquette
* Essential skills: active listening, responsiveness, and a personable approach
* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS, etc.)
* Time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment
* Basic mathematical skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, etc.)
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally carry parcels or packages, walk short distances, and sit for extended periods
