**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing walk-in traffic and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Project management: Coordinate delivery and installation scheduling, communicate backorder updates, and help customers solve their appliance needs.
* Managing repeat customers, including those with rental and property investment needs.
* Continuing to train and develop product knowledge to stay up-to-date on the latest appliances and trends.
* Executing marketing programs and other company initiatives to drive sales and growth.
**Schedule and Work Environment**
* Enjoy a 4 ½ day work week, with two consecutive days off in a row.
* Work a standard Monday-Saturday schedule, with Sundays off.
* Stores operate between 9am-7pm Monday-Saturday and 11am-6pm Sunday.
* Collaborate with a dynamic team in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
**What We Offer**
* Competitive salary: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year.

**Requirements**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or industry-related setting.
