Your primary duties will include: * Preparing and assembling medical record documentation/charts for physicians, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hospital and medical facility policies. * Updating patient history, physical exam, and other pertinent health information in the patient's medical record. * Preparing and sending all documentation to physicians for review and approval, adhering to facility-specific procedures and detailed data entry. * Monitoring the duration of basic lab results and screening procedures, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with patients and healthcare professionals. * Complying with hospital and medical facility policies, including those relating to HIPAA and Joint Commission. * Performing other clerical duties and tasks to improve provider productivity and clinic workflow, as assigned. **Required Equipment and Environment** To excel in this role, you'll need: * A laptop or desktop with a minimum i5 processor and 8GB of RAM * A stable internet connection with a speed of at least 35mbps * A noise-cancelling headset and webcam for video conferencing and communication * A dedicated workspace at home, free from distractions and interruptions **Schedule and Work-Life Balance** As a full-time employee, you'll enjoy a regular schedule of 8 hours per day, from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
