As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our passengers, handling a wide range of tasks, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless operations. If you're a people person with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Provide warm and personalized service to our passengers, handling their queries, concerns, and requests in a friendly and professional manner * Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless operations, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and efficient manner * Handle a wide range of tasks, including checking in passengers, processing payments, and resolving issues related to baggage, flight schedules, and other travel-related matters * Utilize our electronic ticketing system to check in passengers, process payments, and manage flight schedules * Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and engage with passengers on social media to provide exceptional customer service * Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a positive attitude and composure under pressure * Collaborate with our team to resolve issues related to oversold flights, delayed or cancelled flights, and other travel-related matters * Provide accurate and up-to-date information to passengers and other stakeholders on flight schedules, reservations, and other travel-related matters * Complete forms and reports as required by the organization * Write incident and complaint reports as necessary * Perform other duties as assigned by management **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., hospitality, customer service, business administration) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with passengers, colleagues, and other stakeholders in a friendly and professional manner * Ability to type or use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed to meet the needs of the role * Ability to understand reports, follow instructions, learn and understand tagging techniques, rules, and guidelines * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, meet public expectations, and work under stressful circumstances * Ability to complete the Customer Service Representative training program with an 80% or higher average and pass the assessment period * Familiarity with hazardous situations and ability to handle crises on a case-by-case basis * Ability to work under close time constraints to achieve quick turnaround of flights * Ability to maintain a well-groomed appearance in accordance with the Ground Tasks Worker Handbook and Work Schedule * Ability to perform all job duties within a limited space * Ability to communicate verbally by phone, in person, and on public address systems effectively * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Ability to communicate information and directions verbally or through radio equipment **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the airline industry * Knowledge of airline operations, including baggage handling, flight schedules, and other travel-related matters * Familiarity with electronic ticketing systems and other technology used in the airline industry * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $26/hour * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Comprehensive training program to ensure your success in the role * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Opportunities for advancement and career progression * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage * Paid time off and holidays * Access to exclusive employee discounts and perks **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you!
