**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative Agent – Work From Home Part-Time Focus Group Panelist, you'll have the opportunity to participate in a variety of focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments. With the flexibility to work from home and choose from online or in-person discussions, this role is perfect for individuals who value flexibility and autonomy in their work. **Key Responsibilities**
* Participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments
* Complete written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys, for each panel
* Use products and/or services provided, and be prepared to discuss them prior to the meeting date
* Show up at least 10 minutes before the discussion start time
* Demonstrate a willingness to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
**Essential Qualifications**
