**Responsibilities and Requirements**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing best-in-class customer service to arenaflex's various lines of business, including Student Enrollment Management, Alumni Placement Verification Services, and Student Loan Counseling. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:
* Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, with a focus on outbound calls to students of our clients
* Providing clear verbal and written communications to assist customers with repayment of their educational obligations
* Utilizing CRM systems to manage customer interactions and resolve technical inquiries
* Updating records with current demographic and contact information, and accurately notating all interactions
* Comprehending training material on a variety of topics and sharing new concepts and content with colleagues
* Adhering to all federal and state laws governing the industry, as well as client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies
* Attaining all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain rapport with customers
* Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

**Education and Qualifications**
* High school or equivalent (required)
* 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
