**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Ramp Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Ensuring the safe and efficient loading and unloading of cargo and baggage from aircraft
* Providing exceptional customer service to passengers and handling customer inquiries and concerns
* Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and security protocols
* Collaborating with other team members to achieve operational goals and objectives
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role or in a related industry (e.g., retail, hospitality) is an asset
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
* Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects (up to 70 pounds) and work in a variety of weather conditions
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
